Open the App Store (for Apple users) or Google Play (for Android users). Search for My Telstra and select Install.
Use your Telstra ID to sign in. If you don’t have one, you can register for a Telstra ID now. Not sure what your Telstra ID is? Learn more about Telstra ID.
Start using the app to manage your services and get the help you need, when you need it.
Each offer is valid from April 9 2024 – May 6 2024, unless individually specified.
Offers are available to residential and small business customers with an active Telstra service as of 1 April 2024.
Your offers are redeemable in the My Telstra app . Make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded. Under the Services section, select More for me to view the offers available to you.
If you’re having difficulty redeeming your offers, you can visit your local store, call us or contact us online for support.
The offers you see are personalised to you and are based on your account and services with us. This means that each customer will have a different range of offers recommended to them.
You must have the latest version of the My Telstra app to see your offers in the More for me section. To check if you have the latest version installed, visit the Google Play or Apple App Store and search for My Telstra. If you don't have the latest version of the app, you should see a button prompting you to update.
If you’re still unable to view your offers, you can visit your local store, call us or contact us online for support.
Yes, you can navigate to the More for me section in the app and switch your marketing preferences back on to view your offers. Please allow up to 5 days for the offers to appear.
Offers are non-transferrable as they are personalised and only available to the account holder.
These offers are only available for existing customers with an active Telstra service as of 1 April 2024. You can still join and sign up to Telstra Plus to be eligible for a range of other exclusive benefits.
