How to connect an eSIM

On your eSIM compatible device, scan the QR code and either open or download the My Telstra app.

Samsung	All Galaxy s20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 models plus Galaxy Z fold and z flip devices.

Nokia	Nokia X30 5G.
Oppo	Find N2 Flip, Find X3 Pro and Find X5 Pro.
Motorola	Razr40 Ultra and Razr 40.

Devices purchased overseas may not be eSIM compatible.

If you’re unsure if you have an eSIM device, dial *#06#. An eSIM compatible device will display an EID number which is 32 digits long.
